Paris: Flammarion, 1982
First edition. Presentation copy, inscribed on the half title page: “A Mary Hill / Pour une cuisine de l’amitie / Paul Bocuse / 1982.” Slight bumping and edge wear to the covers. A little blemish to the top edge of the outer text block, not affecting the contents. A very good to near fine copy overall. Paul Bocuse was one of the pioneers of Nouvelle cuisine, and among the most celebrated and influential figures in French gastronomy. A remarkable example, very scarce inscribed.
